1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.

2. Digital Form Purchase

• The form costs $5 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
• All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Referral Program

• You may share your referral code to invite others.
• Referral earnings are credited only when the referred user successfully completes payment.
• Fake accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or loss of earnings.

4. Withdrawals

• Earnings can be withdrawn once your balance reaches at least $5 USD.
• Withdrawals are processed to your local bank account, based on details you provide.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate bank details.
• Withdrawal processing may take 1–7 business days.
• If your account balance is $5 and the live exchange rate shows a higher value (e.g., $5.30), you will still receive $5. The extra amount is retained by the platform to cover operational and maintenance costs.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to engage in the following:

• Creating multiple accounts for personal gain.
• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Hacking, disrupting, or misusing the platform.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks, payment processors, or internet providers. Earnings displayed in your dashboard are subject to verification.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
